"I wanted so much to love this place. It’s very cute inside and has a lot of candy options. But the service was really bad. I waited 17 minutes to pay for two items. The lady in front of me ordered several coffees and drinks is for her kids. It took her a while to order. The girl working the counter went off to make these. She had to leave to check on something else. The line was growing. The girl working the drive through got so excited that someone ordered 10 coffees that she had to call someone on her cell phone to let them know about it. It would have been really nice if the employee at the counter had just asked the lady that had to read the menu to her kids if it was all right to quick take my money. If I had been holding the line up I know I wouldn’t have minded. Even a “sorry for the wait” would have gone a long way toward making me a new customer. There is no need to respond. I have so many options I can utilize that I don’t need to be part of this chaos again."

"I was in this place at 11:40am, November 13, 2023. Went in for the first and definitely the last time. Four staff were their, but only one was actually present! Not cordial at all. Not a hello, good morning, thank you, absolutely nothing said. I ordered a special coffee, Liquid Pecan Pie, and it was warm and had no taste whatsoever. Terrible specialty! A special instant coffee would have been more impressive; well, excluding the poor customer service!"

"Pecan pie coffee was a bit too sweet but great flavor overall. The marshmallow sodas were absolutely amazing and truly one of a kind. Great selection of candy and treats too."

"There are so many unique types of candy! And, it tastes DELICIOUS!The employees are always friendly. They have coffee,and soda that you can add flavor to. I’ve been there lots a times and never had a bad experience. (They price the candy by the weight)."

"If you come to this store, make sure you don’t eat too many of the delicious sweets throughout the store. There are lots of chocolate varieties, old time candies, and newer sweets. There is pay by the pound and boxed/bagged candy. They also have local T-shirts and items. The staff is always friendly and helpful."
