There is no exceptions, and they do not seem to care if you go elsewhere. This is a post pandemic attitude that too many businesses have adopted, We need to get back to real customer service."

"Poor communication, ran into too many people working there that had no knowledge of important matters regarding the positions they were put in, had my car for over a month, got it back with something wrong with it that wasn’t an issue before, on the day I was originally supposed to pick it up the person working had no knowledge of where keys were stored, when he finally found them he informed me my car wasn’t ready, called and left messages with no responses, I’m highly disappointed in the service I received. 3 days to try and charge a battery with no communication, finally asked me if they could put in a new battery after I called them after hearing nothing about my vehicle for over a week."
