"We used Affordable Towing due to their affiliation with the State Farm Roadside Emergency service. We received AMAZING customer service from the tow driver, Mr. Dan Kay. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than the estimated arrival time given by the Roadside Emergency service representative, and he went out of his way to make sure that my daughter was safe. She was involved in an accident with a large animal in the road at a location about four hours from our home. She was stranded on the side of the road, and after Mr. Kay loaded her car onto the flatbed, he went the extra mile (and then some) to transport her to a safe, well lit location while she waited on her ride home. Prior to loading her car, he evaluated the extent of the damage and took extra time to share that information with us so we'd have a better idea about how to proceed. As a dad, I REALLY appreciated having the professionals at Affordable Towing, and specifically Mr. Kay, taking care of the situation. Mr. Kay is a caring, professional driver who was more than willing to take time out of his night to be a comforting and reassuring presence for my daughter - you don't often hear of or get the PHENOMENAL customer care and service we received. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend any Affordable Towing more highly - these folks are absolutely the best!"

"Son put my car in ditch this morning. I called these guys , they picked me up with in 10 min and took me to the car. Drug car out of ditch then we seen was not drivable so towed back to a shop in bolivar. . All this completed in a timely manner at a more than reasonable price. Around 60 miles round trip. I could not have even got an Uber for this price. Very appreciative. First time ever affordable and quality go together on a bill. Thank you."

"Super disappointed in this service. We were broke down with a trailer load of horses in Bolivar. Called to schedule a towing home for our truck (3 hours away). We were given a quote of 525.00 which was fine. We were also told the truck would be in a secure lot overnight. Tow driver was polite, nice, and efficient so we felt good! Later that evening when our horse trailer rescue arrived we decided to drove back down in the morning to get the truck ourself as we were having issues finding a mechanic. We were told when we called that the tow and overnight storage would be 125.00. Fine with that, truck was secure so happy to pay. When my husband arrived next morning (noon) to get truck, the lot was NOT secure; it was actually a bit sketchy! He was then told he had to pay 170.00 instead of the 125.00 he was quoted. He explained he had been given a quote and to no avail they were not letting the truck go without 170.00. Do NOT recommend. Shady business practice, unsecured sketchy lot."

"Thanks to Robert and his partner from Affordable for rescuing my family and our camper when our truck broke down along Interstate 44. They were there with a heavy wrecker within 30 minutes of my call. Affordable dropped our camper at a lot so we had somewhere to stay then dropped my truck at the Ford dealer. Everyone was professional and accommodating during this difficult scenario. Based on my experience I would recommend and use Affordable again!"
