"Rings use to be the only place I would shop! I am so disappointed on this last purchase. I bought a Crosley dishwasher because I was strapped for cash & I had a Crosley washer & dryer set once and it worked great for years. This time was different. Rings were not able to hook my dishwasher up for me and sent me on a wild goose chase to buy special parts in Eldorado Mo since I live in a Modular home. Let me just say they are the ones that installed the one I replaced. So I had my brother help me install it and I did not need all those unnecessary parts. In fact we were able to get the part right here in Nevada and it only took 1 or 2 shark bite pieces for installation. After we got it hooked up the machine does not run right. It will not clean or dry the dishes. It will drain but it stays wet inside on the door and walls for days. It is a real simple appliance and only 4 buttons to push, you can't screw it up. I called to complain and the owner ask me all the dumb questions because I am a women, like what kind of soap are you using , did you rinse your plates, did you use the dry button, did you let it finish the cycle. They came out to look at it and I have not seen them since. They could not find anything wrong with it. They want me to trade it and spend more money for a higher priced one. The owner said you should have bought the higher priced one you get what you pay for! $600 down the drain. I will never go back. I will call the Crosley Co."
