"Order for delivery had no straw, no napkins, no sauce for mozzarella sticks.. more cheese on the outside of the bun, than actually on the sandwich. Whoever was working clearly doesn't give damn."
"Went through the drive through. Was handed the wrong order. Didn't check before leaving so we will be doing that from now on. Pretty sure the order qas old too because the food was relatively cold by the time I got to our house."
"Drive through cashier was friendly and patient as I was ordering for 4 people. Double checked the order to make sure it was right, as usual at this particular Arby's it was right. Food was good, fries could have been fresher."
"Pull up to the drive thru and after waiting about 5 minutes (no one was in front of us) we go to order the cheesesteak that are pictured on the menu. The voice says "um were out of that because we don't sell them anymore". We try to order several other things & the voice says " we're out of that too". Finally order pull up to the window get our drinks, watch them socialize, joke around & after about 7-8 minutes they come & ask us to move forward because they have to cook the chicken strips. Finally after another 8-10 minutes a she comes out shoves our food in the window & mumbles something about "....your order". Turns & walks off. Curly fries were cold, the roast beef bread tasted old & the bread on my turkey sandwich was hard & tasted stale. Soooooo not impressed!!!!"
