"don't even think they deserve. a one star very rude asked for them to call before coming they did not and was very rude coming in my home then they start tearing apart stuff without putting back. Was very rude leaving not a have a good day or thanks for the biasness none of that just came and left with attitude ."

"I have a living room set from these guys I'm super happy with it. I walked in with a budget in mind. Associates let me look around until I found what I wanted. It was super quick and easy. Straight forward. I've had my living room set for almost 3 months now :-)"

"I dealt with Aaron's with no problems for 15 years and never have they just took money off my card without my permission. Be careful dealing with this company and do not pay over the phone or they will store your card without your permission. This is the second time they have done this but the first time they did it I snapped on the Manager and told him I was going to report them and he refunded my money and told me he wasn't going to do it again. I went out of town this weekend because of an unexpected death in my family. I get back home and they have my account in negative and overdraft fees. I will have a lawyer and the BBB look into them. Go to rent a center do not trust these people."

"Took forever to get my furniture then I get charged for a full month when I am supposed to be bi-weekly. I never had the issues with rent a center that I have had with this place. From now on I will go to rent a center where I have always had awesome service and experience without the issues and problems I have had with Arona."

"Due to the inspiration and excitement of a good friend recently hired to join Aaron’s I visited the Sedalia location and decided to make a new purchase as a repeat customer. In going to the store to make my first payment, I noticed delivery personnel had held back leaving the store with a scheduled delivery of a new refrigerator due to the exposure of wiring in the cord. Good job, was my thought? Unfortunately, when management did call in all they got was yelling and screaming for not being in route with the delivery and the demanding orders to take it there anyway? In less than two months time local and regional management has led through yelling and screaming at staff. This is not the commitment to excellence I have received in past and wanted to make leadership aware of the situation."
