"Seriously I had never been a Wendy's fan until I tried the one in Neosho, MO. Friendly, fast service and great HOT food! The first time we went in as a group the young lady at the register asked us a name to put on the orders. The second time we went in she asked us where is Todd? She remembered all of our names. Did I mention they are fast and always get the orders right. Refreshing!!!"

"Since 2022-2023 715 S Neosho Blvd, Neosho, MO 64850 Is continuously not putting receipts inside order bags. No matter the day the workers will forget to add sauces to your order and still charge you. I've ate at this location constantly for two weeks as a test run of the % of the time they forget items and it's well above %50. I understand the work environment can be fast paced but even when the lot and lobby is empty problems still occur. It's always nice to get home with items missing from your order on top of not having a receipt for proof of payment. Aside from the poor service I'll mention a little bit about the work environment. If you are hired here it's advised to stay away from the registers even if you know what you are doing, my former manager gale trained me on a register that later occurred to me wasn't logged in with my fingerprint. I have never had history or problems with bill exchange, Continued my day and was fired a few days later for stealing. Within those few days I heard talk about how the manager was moved to this location for issues at another And how she (might) be pocketing money from the company lock box at this current location. There are some great people that work here and others that will steal from you If they're not forgetting items then their firing new hires ruining the potential for short and long term careers."
