"Dr. Rissler and her staff are very kind, but the way they bill services and do not provide a quote to you for the treatments Dr. Rissler recommends is frustrating. Every dentist office I have been to prior would (1) show me my full treatment plan and (2) give me a cost estimate for the recommended treatments prior to scheduling. I would have things done at this office, would pay, and think it was over, only to receive a phone call further down the line saying that I owe a balance to the office because my insurance didn't want to pay. I also started to become troubled by the amount of cavities the Dr. seemed to be finding, because I have never had this many problems with my teeth and I take better care of them at this point in my life than I ever have. The last time I was there, I was told I was going to need at least two new fillings, but I never followed up on that. Interestingly, I went to a new dentist today and was told my teeth are in great shape and are cavity-free."
