"Ordering a letterman jacket at this place was a terrible investment. First of all, it was extremely difficult to get the business owner to answer phone calls, even after the jacket hadn’t come in two months after it was supposed to. Secondly, we didn’t get a receipt or any paperwork for buying it, and it was almost $500. The price would’ve been reasonable enough, but A. she wasn’t able to get anyone to sew on the patches, so we just took the jacket and left because we were tired of dealing with her wishy-washiness. She was nice, but clearly too busy to actually give us good service. B. My school colors are black and gold, and I specifically asked that NOTHING on the jacket be yellow. Yellow and gold are not interchangeable. I had a long conversation with her about how I wanted the stripes to be gold and not yellow, and I wanted everything on the jacket to be uniform. She said she could do that. Then we get the jacket, and the stripes on the sleeves are yellow! So now the whole thing clashes, and it was a huge waste of time and money, and the business owner never even admitted to getting it wrong or offered to help or anything like that. I don’t even think she noticed that it was wrong because she was so overly busy. We’ve tried asking for a receipt and/or help with fixing the clashing color problem, and she has not responded. Don’t go to this place for a letterman jacket."

"I have never personally been to this place, but I recently had a friend who ordered her letterman jacket from here. The first complaint is it took four months to get (not including patches sewn on, which would've been another month, but she found someone else to do that). And then the colors were wrong. Not to mention it was much more expensive than a few other places. All in all, not worth it, definitely find a different place."
