"Terrible. After 7 days, I emailed asking when my order would ship (website says orders will ship within two business days). Was told it would ship within 4 days at the most and that I would receive tracking via email. That date came and went with no tracking. Emailed a few times more and received no response. 15 days after I ordered I was refunded with zero explanation or apology. Order from somewhere else."

"I have been trying to reach someone since last week to get instructions on returns and have yet to receive any response or call back. I have sent 2 emails as instructed and have now left 3 voicemails between the two numbers listed on their website. I will contact the BBB if I dont hear back this week. I ordered 3 shirts, which were delayed as they apparently had an issue with their site and they could not see orders. They corrected them and sent them out, however, I am trying to return 2 of them due to quality. They were quick to return my calls and email about the order but do not seem to be as quick to respond regarding the return. Extremely frustrated and disappointed to say the least."
