"Terrible place to shop for a vehicle!!! Stay away!! Agreed on a price and time to pick up a vehicle, drove almost 2 hours to purchase just to have Haley (owner) supposedly not be there and her mom tell me I should have been there sooner. Terrible communication skills and have no idea how they're still in business. Dont waste your time with them."

"I just wasted 3 hours driving out to look at a car that I was advised was safe to drive. It had no Emergency brake, multiple lights for the engine, abs, emissions, and no working heat or ac and it would not start when we got there due to issues with the cold start glow plugs. They seemed to have bought it at the auction and then just wanted to flip it without any safety inspection or any due diligence. It just seemed like a really shady way to do business to start lying to customers before you even see the car. Response to why my nephew made an offer, Because he drove 3 hours to see it and he made you a fair offer based on the actual condition and you refused it. I do like the fact you don't deny lying about the condition when asked if it was safe to drive 2-3 hours and if it had any mechanical issues."

"I had bought a vehicle through Cars of Marshall LLC, and they had provided the proper paperwork minus the CARFAX. The vehicle came with an inspection form that proved that it passed all of the safety inspections with no notations indicating any issues. Within the drive home the Traction Control and Stabilitrak service lights had came on and caused the vehicle to randomly engage traction control causing it hard to drive the vehicle safety. Within the same drive there the front end had began screeching due to the breaks being worn down to nothing. On top of this they refused to send me home with a full tank of gas home. I attempted to contact them to discuss these issues privately but they have not gotten back to me. I do not recommend you buy from them."
