"I was referred to this company for a comp claim that involved the underside of my vehicle. When I called to make an appointment, I was told to just bring it in. However once we did, they wanted to reschedule for the estimate. I let them know I would go elsewhere if it couldn't be looked at today. The receptionist said she would check, BUT INSTEAD she called my insurance office and had them put in a claim with this company as the accepted shop!!! I wasn't even sure it was something I wanted to turn in, due to the deductible. She knew this and went behind my back to arrange it. I will NEVER use this company now and made sure to let the insurance company know of their underhanded business moves. I can't stand a lack of integrity! So much for small town values. No apology either, when I brought it to their attention."
