"Jacobs towing about a month ago on a Saturday evening Jacob came on out about a mile and a half to miles outside of Marshall Missouri here in Saline County and was friendly professional courteous fast efficient explained everything that he was doing and he gave some good advice about going ahead and taking it real slow and getting the truck off the shoulder of the highway because a lot of people have accidents or get killed in a situation like that. Great emergency roadside assistance and tow truck service and we got the new tire in and changed that following Tuesday at Diehm's tire service in Marshall Missouri. Outstanding service."

"So we ran out of gas roughly 9 miles from Marshall. We called the first tow company that was listed on Google, Thompson Towing. The man who answered said they were too busy to help us and further suggested a tow company out of Sedalia for us to call instead. Finding it odd that he would suggest a business out of Sedalia, which is about 25 miles from where we were, we asked him if there wasn't another type company in Marshall instead, which he told us that no, there was not another one, that the Sedalia business he suggested was our best bet. After hanging up I instead decided to try the other type company listed on Google, (Diehm's) since it was out of Marshall, and was listed just after Thompson Towing. Jacob, who runs Diehm's Towing was extremely courteous & helpful, & immediately came to the rescue. I'm not sure why Thompson Towing would not have recommended this company from the start, considering a company out of Sedalia would have charged mileage which would have been a pretty steep fee, especially after the great, fast & friendly service we received from this local Marshall business. If you read this review prior to calling for a tow, or gas, or whatever you may need I highly recommend using Diehm's over Thompson Towing!!"
