"We're brought our truck in after hitting a deer and it took 3 1/2 to 4 weeks before we got it back you were unable to get the lock undone were the spare is from under thuck and had to cut it off then when we picked it up the truck wouldn't shift you had is take it to Rick Ball Ford to have them look at it because you were sure it was something we done to the truck after Rick Ball looked at it they found where a transmission cooler hose was not put back on we paid Rick Ball and was informed by our insurance that it was Collision Leaders fault and were told to take the bill to Collision Leaders for reimbursement doing that it took them another 3 weeks to get us back or money and we didn't recieve it all they paid back only partial needles to say we aren't happy with the service we got they still owe us $3.20"
