"Horrible experience today! I loved the Rainbow shop not far from the KCVA years ago when I worked there and noticed the Raytown store today driving by and had a bit before my doctor's appointment so thought I'd run in and shop. I was so excited..found a few cute items and went up to the counter. One young lady was ringing up a lady who had alot!!! So, I smiled and looked at the other two ladies also standing in front of a cash register and they wouldn't even look at me. It was like I was invisible! After a while I just took items back where I found them and told the nice lady working by the door, they just lost a sale. They wouldn't even look at me up there. She just said have a good afternoon on my way out. Probably didn't know what else to say..."

"Horrible store.... Purchased items came back the next day because one of the items has scratchy rhinestones on it and was extremely uncomfortable to wear....I was told that they couldn't return my item until later because they didn't have enough money in the register for a refund....I PAID WITH A CARD.... the receipt says that after 5 days I can only get store credit...I believe they making it hard for people to do returns....I don't want anything else from that lame store... Was walking by and a shirt caught my eye... Horrible mistake...."

"if there was a zero I would get this location that. The staff horrible asl. There’s this oversize Caucasian lady with fake platinum blonde hair who I believe is the manager and this light skin with with short hair who gossip about people every time they leave the establishment. They kept catching a They kept catching an attitude over little things customers did. They need to work on better customer service. I love this rainbow cause it has one of the best clothes in kcmo but if this is the energy, I’m going to get from the employees is rather I just shop online."

"we encounter two ladies during our shopping experience. my senior mother asked one lady about sizes and she was very helpful to her and friendly. the second lady who checked us out had a bit of a attitude. my mother called her "uppity" when we left."
