"Wrote a check for an RV they had on the lot. Paid to have an on demand water heater installed. Before the check I wrote was even deposited I had an unfortunate event. I called and asked that they please not deposit and that I would be unable to accept the camper. They were accommodating on the phone when I first called. They called me back as I was on my way to pick up the check and informed me that the on demand water heater was already installed and that I would need to pay for it. I asked if I could have it as I paid for it. I was told no, that it would cost more to remove it than it was worth. I asked if I could remove it. I was also told no. When I arrived i found a bill for about $1800. I was told it was for the water heater part $700 labor to install it $500 and a cancellation fee $500. I suggested that I pay for the parts and Colaw could keep the water heater and that I not be charged labor. I was told no. I asked to speak with the manager...I was told no. I asked if I could see the installed water heater and was also told no due to insurance. At this point I just paid the invoice (as my original check was being held hostage). I called the next day and did speak to the manager. I explained the situation again. The manager thought it was handled fairly. So I paid over $1,800 to upgrade a camper I don't have. I think I was treated unfairly perhaps even criminally."
