"I purchased a 65 inch Skyworth television that has been put in the shop approximately 4 times by aarons due to connection errors. Each time I got the tv back, within a few hours it was doing the same thing. I got the tv back today and low and behold same errors.Each time the television was kept for several months and returned with the same issue. A Gladstone manager told me the television was probably never even sent to the shop but instead just sat in their warehouse. He was rude, nasty and disrespectful. He even put me on a list saying I can never purchase from Aarons again after I had the audacity to expect this overpriced television to work, after approximately 12 years of purchases with no problems. I called corporate several times and was told there was basically nothing they could do but encourage the store to do the right thing and have a manager call me back, no one EVER called back. I am prepared to file a complaint with the Attorney General and sue the store. I feel like this is predatory behavior and I will not stop until a reasonable resolution is met."
