"I arrived at 11:15 on a Tuesday. Doors were still locked. The store was very dirty. Trash on multiple tables. Ketchup all over self serving area. Floors were so sticky and had not been cleaned. Order took 25 minutes to receive."
"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Went in at 2pm today (2/24/24). We were there for probably about 5min or more. Finally someone came up front and was told they wouldn’t be taking our order. There was literally NOBODY else in the store. But they said they were too busy to help anybody. I told them that they should have a sign or something on the door letting people know they aren’t going to help anyone else that came in. They told me they weren’t going to and was no need to and we could just leave if we didn’t like that they weren’t going to serve us. EXTREMELY rude and HORRIBLE customer service. Was told if we didn’t like it, we could take it up with Vital (supposedly the manager) who said didn’t show up for work. Management NEEDS to take care of this horrible service."
"Ordered online said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Order was ready when I got there. I got the New Lemon Herb Remix and garlic parm. Both were hot and fresh. A little pricey for my taste. I got 15 wings for $18. Will definitely go back to try other options and a chicken sandwich."
"Bone out wings are more like chicken nuggets. We ordered the meal for 2 with Garlic Parmesan and the Hawaiian they were skimpy on the sauce. If you like your fries heavily salted you will like it. The cashier was very helpful and nice."
