"Ordered 6 frosted biscuits, only got one in a fry container, causing all the frosting to be on the box instead of the biscuit. Gave me 1/3 the fries they used to give. Chicken was dry and not flavored, they forgot the sauces I asked for (would've helped disguise that dry ahh chicken). Asked for a cherry coke and they decided to make it half cherry syrup and half coke. Genuinely disappointed in whoever runs the opening shifts. **Do not believe their 5 star reviews with little to no explanation."
"The people working here act like they hate each other and their job. 26 dollars for 8 pieces of non seasoned chicken, burnt Mac and cheese, which looked like it was dumped from another container into ours, and 4 biscuits is a major rip off!!! Never will I ever tell anyone Church's is good, I will make sure to tell everyone to go somewhere else. They didn't even put honey and butter in the bag. Like come on. Where is the customer service here?! Be better. If you like eating trash. Eat here."
