"Been enjoying Snead’s for over 60 years. Even now, sometimes on a Sunday afternoon I treat myself by calling in an order to pick up and take home to enjoy a nice quiet meal. I’ve never had a problem . Today. however, I was so disappointed when I got home and had no complimentary slaw, no sauce and no pickle. When a different girl than usual, took my order over the phone and repeated it back to me, didn’t think about not getting everything I ordered. Beef sandwich is not the same without sauce, slaw and pickles. I’m sorry to say today’s meal was not enjoyable at all."

"This is my first time eating KC BBQ despite I've visited KC many times. It's delicious, and I won't compare it with TX since both have different tastes. The BBQ is smoky and juicy. The BBQ sauce is just perfect. The hot sauce was ok and not spicy. The service was excellent."

"I wish it was better, but try it yourself. Yes the ribs were tender, but you eat with your eyes first and these things looked sad. Nothing tasted seasoned, but I guess that's what sauce is for... I ain't a sauce guy though. No amount of sauce can make up for under-seasoned protein. The burnt-ends were passable and that sides were fine. Now the service was great. My waitress was friendly and quick. I really enjoyed being able to order items à la carte as well. The dining area reminded me of a cafeteria and I don't mind that at all. It was nice to be able to watch some football while I ate, but like I said before, I wish it was better. It's probably an awesome place to have some brews and food to graze on for MNF."

"First time here and was very impressed. We drove 3 hours from Omaha and it was worth every mile. Our waitress has worked there for decades. She was amazing. The burnt ends were... Soft! I've never had such a delicious end (Brownies, at Snead's). They make their own sauce and it was so good we bought 2 bottles. Take a look at this loaded baked potato! We will be back!!"
