"My daughter went there today she is 18 and she told them she wanted the 59.99 oil change and had a coupon for 25% off . But they took total advantage of her because she is young and a female and used the type of oil change which was 89.99. They take advantage of females and young kids don’t recommend using them. I called and said they would give me a 50% discount on next visit because I busted them!!!! All I want is a refund for the difference which is about $45 dollars. I will never go back there!!!!!! Scam artists!!!!!!"

"It was my first time using Take 5 and I went to the one in Blue Springs. The lady that helped me was very very nice. All the workers were polite and welcoming. They got my car done it about 10 minutes and I got more than just an oil change! I would go back."

"I brought my 2021 4Runner here for an oil change in August of 2023. Shortly afterwards, I noticed a burning smell coming from my vehicle. I brought it to Eagle Valley Auto to have it looked at and they noticed that the oil plug was only finger tight and oil was leaking out into my undercarriage. I paid them to redo my oil change less than a month after Take5 did it, as my oil level was low. I then contacted Take5 to let them know they didn’t properly secure the oil plug and that I had to pay for another oil change a result. I was kind and courteous but firm that I felt I should receive a full refund due to the work being done inadequately. The manager, Summer, told me that unfortunately I couldn’t get my money back because I went to a different shop instead of letting them inspect it first. She refused to give me her bosses number and told me she would have the district manager reach out to me within an hour or two. He never did, so I called back the next day, and she informed me the district manager told her to tell me I wouldn’t be refunded. Summer repeatedly referred to this as a “he said, she said” situation, even though I have photos and receipts, as well as a written statement from the mechanics at Eagle Auto who reviewed their work. I then left a message with corporate who, shockingly, never returned my call either. I understand mistakes happen, and I was luckily able to catch it before any serious damage was done to my $40,000 vehicle, but this business’ lack of accountability and their refusal to rectify the situation is unacceptable. So I now feel obligated to let others know that not only is the quality of their work very poor, their customer service is somehow even worse. If you care at all about your car, I’d recommend going elsewhere for service."
