"After almost 15 years of using this company to kick off our educational student travel trip to the airport, we were told that they could not take our reservation... which is disappointing... but what was upsetting is that I had talked to someone who quoted us a price and told me to email him to get the paperwork. My email went unanswered for a week until I emailed again and was informed two days before the parent meeting that horizon had a conflict that day and couldn't take the reservation... which left me scrambling. They wished me well and gave me another company's phone number but the price was insane. It was disappointing. They said they weren't an airport shuttle service, but the company must have changed hands because they used to be great about working with our student group."
