"Food was alright. I didn't take offense to the sign outside per say, but did feel like I needed to avoid discussing 'sensitive' topics while there. Nothing too out of the norm in a rural area."

"Very disappointed in our visit to Porky’s Blazing BBQ! Upon ordering, we informed the waitress that we were first timers to the restaurant and asked about their BBQ speciality…which were the burnt ends and brisket! On both orders for burnt ends and brisket, it came out looking like scraps and we couldn’t really tell the difference between the two orders. It wasn’t an inexpensive dinner and would have expected more in presentation as well as taste. We won’t be back!"

"Foods alright. Came on high expectations and multiple recommendations. Food seems expensive for what you get - they don't serve fries or onion rings. Large burnt end sandwich was a standard bun with a spoon full of meat on it. Pasta salad was good - tangy and sweet. Soda fountain had the standard offerings. Great location and great decor. Pricing was a bit much for what you get honestly. I think if I were to order catering or similar I'd get closer to the experience people have reported before of some of the best bbq in town."

"I first started eating here in 2007 or 2008. The place need a little bit of work back then but the food was fantastic. Fast forward to 2022 and you’ll find the same great food. The ribs have a fantastic smoky flavor with just the right amount of texture when you Bite into them. My favorite is the pulled pork sandwich with barbecue beans on the side. And yes the beans have meat in them. As for the restaurant that needs a little attention Wayback when? You can tell they have done some remodeling and the place is quite cozy now, but I felt it was then too."

"Always compare burnt ends but they only have them on Sunday. Got a ham and sausage combo. Very good. Mild sauce was excellent. Beans and potato salad was 1st class."
