"Pretty sure my meal was leftover from lunch rush. Chowmein was all dried out and flavorless. My kung pao had thr spice, but was mostly veg, only a few pieces of dried chicken. I come to Grain Valley location because the food is usually fresh and not sitting all day. Definitely not worth what I paid."
"The people waiting on you are fast the only issue is trying to get in the building, I struggled to pull the front door open and once I did you could hear a big vacuum inside and the pressure change why they have so much pressure in their air I have no idea one day I will find out if you'd find out first post it! PS the bathrooms were clean!"
"I drove 8 miles in to Grain valley to get walnut shrimp. Got home to find NO WALNUTS. TRIED TO CALL JUST NOW TO EXPRESS MY DISPLEASURE BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. IT IS 7:06 pm. Please train your employees to 1) put all ingredients listed into the food 2) answer your phone. In conclusion May I simply say GOODBYE. Permanently!!!!!!!!! Maybe I should come back and demand EXTRA walnuts. Nope. Too many other places to eat!!!!!!"
"I just had mine and my gitlfriends best Panda Express meal here. It wasn't just fresh, it was cooked to perfection. Seriously so good. I had orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. She had sesame chicken. It was seriously the best food experience I've had at Panda. Good work to that team!"
