"First I waited at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before I saw anyone. The doorbell went off but no one came so finally I called the store and finally 2 girls came from the back. I was there to exchange some shoes that I purchased online and had picked up at the store. She tried looking up the order with my phone number but that didn't work. Apparently she could only look up my order with a ticket number which when I picked them up I was not given a receipt. She called her manager and her manager stated they would need something so they could look up the order. Which I understood that and was fine with it. While she was on the phone I found the order confirmation email on my phone which had the order number. She tried looking it up with the order number and that still didn't work. So she called her manager again and this time they said I would need to call the customer support number so I could get the ticket number. I'm sorry but there needs to be better ways to look up an order besides the ticket number. So then I asked them do you all keep the receipts that the customer signs when picking up an online order? She replies with was it in February? I told her it was and she seemed irritated that she had to continue to help me. Finally found the sheet I signed and she exchanged the shoes. Looking for that sheet should of been the first thing that was tried when looking for my order. After exchanging the shoes she handed me the receipt and I told her thank you and she didn't say one word to me. Customer service needs to be worked on at this store and maybe some more knowledge of working the system wouldn't hurt."

"Where I live in another state, I can't find New Balance anywhere, I found this place traveling across country and I bought 4 pair. Looks like a little hole in the wall but they carry many name brand shoes and affordable. The staff told me they can mail me any shoe I wanted and if it wasn't currently in their store then they can get it. Super impressive! I definitely recommend this place."
