One of the managers named Heath really goes out of his way to help and is very personable and seems to be working in every area of the store at all times taking care of business. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat. Also, everyone else in the store does a great job, greet you when you come in, and asks if you need help."
"Bought a Big Green Egg from Porters in Smithville. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. They made the experience a lot of fun. They were knowledgeable about the products, but if they didn't know the answer to our question, they would stop and find out. We really appreciated their honesty, not trying to fake an answer or pretend they knew it all. Thanks also for free delivery and set-up! Special thanks to Heath and all involved for a great experience. I’ve never been to a store where the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs as much.
