"Don’t buy any used equipment from them. Buyer beware. Bought a decent used lawn tractor, delivered to my house with a dead battery no gas to even start it in the trailer they Brought it on. After I put gas in it the delivery guy and I spent 20 minutes trying to get it to run. I finally had to just push down to my house. Very irritating, I realized it’s. Used machine but come on couldn’t they put in a new battery and at least made sure it ran."
"Customer service here is on another level. People are friendly and reliable, and they stand by their products. I had an issue that wasn't technically a warranty repair, but they came out to my house and fixed it anyway and they were nice about it. They justify the price difference from big box stores with superior products and service."
