Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I visited today 3/9/24 I visit here quite often and today (1:45), I have never seen it this dirty before. The bar was very unclean and the young tall gentlemen that's was preparing the for the customer in front of me had dropped a piece of meat on the bar, then pick it up and put it in her bowl. If this had happened to my food, I would have made him make another one. I had tried to call so this could have been addressed quietly, but no one answered the phone after 3 time. So, now I am posting. If customers see it these dirty, then questions linger on, how clean back of house is? How clean are the tools that they are using? How fresh is the food?"

"Every single time ordering on the app. Extra lettuce as ordered? Nope. Extra mild salsa as ordered? Nope. I ALWAYS leave a tip, hoping for the best. I live an hour and a half from the nearest Chipotle and it’s a HUGE treat if my husband can swing off the highway to pick it up on his way home if he has been in the city. And then a huge disappointment. I visited this Chipotle once and ordered inside and it was great. Unsure why the disconnect with app ordering."

"Start off by cleaning the grill. I ordered three chicken tacos. Why every piece was burnt ? Unbelievable. Won’t be back nor recommend"

"I’ve tried and tried to give this location my business and support for years. The staff is rude and not helpful. It doesn’t seem to matter how many times they turn staff around. They are always out of main ingredients such as meats, rice, beans, veggies or even taco shells/chips. I’ve contacted corporate regarding the fact that they take no care in cross contamination for those of us with severe food allergies. They combine ingredients in bins and use the same serving spoons for different ingredients. I recently spoke to a manager who said they were working to get everyone up to speed. I went last night, they were once again out of meat and veggies. The staff denied us the ability to wait for ingredients because the line was too long. They were rude and talking bad about customers under their breath. I ordered a free entrée that coporate gave me, and free chips and cheese from my rewards because I am a frequent customer. They refused to let me get my chips and cheese for free (even though a manager called me asking me to give this location another try). They made me pay for the chips and I got home and had no cheese dip. I will be going to Grandview, Lee’s Summit and Overland Park locations going forward just like many other people in the community have recommended."

"Great experience at this store. Exceptional workers and management. Clean and quick with order. Great deck area with very nice and shaded umbrellas. This is a highly recommended place. It’s clear that workers and managers take pride in this facility and desire to serve the customers and treat them well."
