"Well good morning. I had been wanting a cinnamon roll for a few days now and I chose Big Daddy in Raymore out of ALL the donut shops. I walked in and the staff was friendly. I looked in the case and did not see cinnamon rolls. Asked the young lady if they had cinnamon rolls and she said we have the pull apart. I said no. So l said you don't have cinnamon rolls and she was pretty hesitant about selling me the rolls. I almost walked out. She then said they are in the back. Could I get three please? She went and got them and laid the box on the counter and said have a nice day. Not a thank you for coming in or anything. Pretty rude if you ask me. That's why you get no tip. Rudeness gets you nowhere. I may or may not go back in."
"Sucks to make posts like this because we have enjoyed this donut place since moving to the area 4 years ago. Just left without making a purchase at 8:15am on a Friday because they had quite literally 3 donut kinds to choose from. I understand it can be busy, but come on! Either you make more donuts or you change hours to ensure people don’t come to your store disappointed. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time this has happened, showing up early in the operating hours and leaving with nothing due to lack of choice. Unfortunately don’t think I will be making the 10 minute drive to this donut shop anymore."
