"I do not understand the system here. I pulled in and an employee was talking the orders naturally I went to that line. The employee takes the 2 cars in front of me order and then walks inside. The lane on my right now has 3 cars ahead of me all because I went to the line on the left. Their double lane makes no sense to me at all. The wait is incredibly long. The amount of time I have spent in this line I could have gone to Starbucks and Scooters gotten my order and came back here and would still be waiting. They need to map this out better!"

"I love Dutch Bros but they really messed up up my order at this specific location. I ordered a decaf vanilla protein latte and got a caffeinated, non protein, unflavored, just pure espresso and steamed milk with no flavoring. Drinkable but not what I ordered or what I was charged for."
"I came in for the first time today and didn’t know what to order and the lovely staff member helped me choose a coffee that she liked and then was very kind and welcoming while I was waiting for my coffee. Very down to earth. Great price too!! Will definitely be back!!"
