"Twice I have made an online order for this store and paid only to arrive and find the open sign on, store dark and locked up. This last time it's a week later and I still haven't gotten my refund. The last 2 times I ordered there (I've tried to give them every chance) my breakfast wrap was the wrong one. Very poor service and calls to the store for a refund haven't done any good so it's starting to feel like a scam. Beware."
"Pros: --Smoothies are really good. --They give you generous servings at a reasonable price. Cons: --customer service is terrible in terms of manners. They don't greet you, even when you walk up to them. They don't say "You're welcome" when you say "Thank you". Some don't even talk at all during the transaction, making it awkward. --the men's bathroom is disgusting. Urine stains on the toilet seat and walls. Even the trash can looks dirty somehow. A deep cleaning is necessary."
"I came in late in the evening and the staff was less than kind. Other than taking our order they didn’t speak one word to us. No greeting, no thank you, not even a single word when our order was ready. The food and smoothies were amazing as usual but I’ll stick to the daytime staff."
"Went in last week (two days in a row) due to the selection of low calorie salad options and smoothies. Pretty tasty, nice and fresh. Tried the jalapeño corn as a side. Real glad I did, it was delicious. It reheats well too which is always a plus. This spot is for sure apart of my weekly lunch rotation now."
"Food is is underwhelming and over priced. I got the $8.50 three cheese chicken quesadilla. Taco Bell quesadillas at half the price outrank this pitiful quesadilla with almost no cheese or chicken (and that is saying something because Taco Bell is far from good quality). The accompanying smoothie was alright, but nothing special. I got the sunrise sunset. Tastes like a decent mix of purées and ice. The kids meal was a pitiful wrap for $3.99 and a small smoothie that my daughter seemed to enjoy for only $2.50 (the only highlight of this trip). The jalapeño corn and the maple sweet potatoes were alright but nothing to write home about. All in all, I do not recommend this place."
