"I first visited Dains Family Dental with a dental emergency on 12/7/23. I had a broken wisdom tooth that I neglected for a long time because of my irrational fear of dental work and it had become infected causing excruciating pain. Dr. Dains removed it on 12/11 and the entire experience was BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to dental work. The office is so clean, comfortable, and genuinely inviting. Dr. Dains went above & beyond to ease my fears, something no other dentist has been able to do in the past, and I am very grateful. I only ever schedule dental work when I’ve let an issue get the point of being an emergency but I will absolutely be scheduling with them in the future to maintain & improve my oral health. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you for such a great experience!"

"Dr. Dains and his staff are amazing. I’m terrified of the dentist but Dr. Dains and his staff are always so attentive to my anxiety and have created an environment, for me, that puts me at ease. I followed Dr. Dains to his private practice after he parted ways with Compass for this reason and he and his staff have carried that compassion over with them to his private practice. Dr. Dains is very patient and listens to any and all questions and takes the time to explain them in depth and makes sure you understand YOU are in charge of YOUR dental care. Nothing is ever done without complete agreement on the next step and I appreciate he always lets me know what the next step is of any procedure before he does it, so there are no surprises of the sharp and pokey kind. He also had every opportunity to make money off of me during my most recent visit, as out of pocket was my only option at the time, but he didn’t and that spoke volumes. I asked for 2 high dollar things I need for my teeth and he said he absolutely would but listed the reasons why it would be best to wait until other dental work is done, so I don’t waste my money and end up paying double what I should. I became a lifetime subscriber in that moment and then walked out to pay for the visit, which included light work on my teeth, and was stunned that I only had to pay $100. I was expecting way more, but I’m also not experienced in paying out of pocket at dentists. 5 star service from all of his staff, as well, they’re all so kind and attentive. Emily at the front is awesome! She’s so good at communicating and so personable. Don’t cheat yourselves by seeing a dentist that doesn’t make you feel like you’re being heard or like you matter, go here! Thank you so much everyone!"
