"I am the sole caregiver for my husband and I have to make decisions that are best for my family. Unfortunately this office is only concerned with what THEY think is best. Went for my first visit. After extensive exam the dentist referred me to a dental surgeon to have a tooth removed. While discussing my care with the dentist and I discussed 2 options and he told me what he thought was the best but told me that it was my decision. His office manger tried to make appointments for follow up visits. I elected to leave that day without appointments with the understanding that once she received confirmation that the tooth had been pulled she would call. I waited 2 weeks for a call. Finally I called and left a message for her to call me. Nothing. I then called and ask to speak to her. Once I was contacted she didn’t apologize for not calling as agreed or returning my call. She immediately started trying to set up follow up appointments. When I told her what was the best treatment plan for me she told me she would have to speak with the dentist. She said she would call back that afternoon or the following day. I’m still waiting on a call back. I now have made an appointment with another dentist. After paying almost $200 for the visit I feel that being ghosted by this office is not right. Trying to stay local doesn’t always work out. I have been out money and time just to be ignore just because I didn’t choose the treatment plan that the office wanted me to choose."

"When I arrived one of the front office receptionist gave me a clipboard to complete 5 forms front and back. I have been having difficulty with my vision - small print. I explained that to her - Explaining that I was literate but needed my vision corrected. She came out from the reception desk to assist me without belittling me or being disrespectful. I had not brought my readers. Many people would have been disrespectful. I have encountered that a lot lately. Getting older is not for Whimps.. The dental hygienist was very friendly and professional. I believe it was Melissa who provided the treatment plan - she was professional yet friendly. Dr. LaForge was polite in asking me my thoughts related to the treatment plan. This is a good practice to visit."

"Black people if you are looking for a place that takes all insurance and will treat you like a paying customer. This is thee place! The staff is caring and most of all they listen to you. I looked around, before coming here. Never had I had such good treatment. Tell them that Earline sent you. It's hard to be black in MO, and get proper medical care. I have high blood pressure, so I grind my teeth in my sleep. With the dental guards that they made custom for me. I sleep better, and my blood pressure is low in the morning when I wake up..
