"The shop is adorable and gives off a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly but take a minute to make your coffee. The price is not worth the quality and size of coffee received. My chai latte was more foam than tea and had very little Chai. It tasted more like just foamed milk."

"I happened to find Rise & Shine Coffee this Monday while searching Google maps for a coffee place on my way to work. Four days later, and I've been 3 times. Not just because it's on the way to work, but because it was *so good* I made it a part of my morning plans. This is without a doubt the best cup of coffee I've had in Kansas City. I've been exploring all sorts of places downtown and in the suburbs, but this is it. It's smooth and the lattes taste like lattes and not caffeinated milk or sugary syrup. The environment is so welcoming and chill. I even got to talk to the owners this morning and they are just the most warmhearted people. I cannot wait to give them my entire paycheck."
