Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Made a reservation for March 5th, 4pm. Verified before I hung up two weeks before. Called at 310pm, was told they didnt have a car for me because i was a no call no show on March 4th, 4pm. Tried to e plain, got cut off by OLIVIA ANDERSON, telling me that i was a no call no show. Asked if they were going to leave me hangingand that i needed a car on the 5th damit. Was told not to cuss at her and she hung up. Had to reschedule my car repairs because of this 'rep' will never go back to this location."

"Usaa reserved a car for me. I called and set a pick up time. I got there and the guy in front of me told them he was a3 star general. He got the car I was supposed to get. They then told me I didn’t have a reservation. I showed her the email and my reservation number. She then told me she didn’t have any cars. She called her “ manger” who told her to prioritize military for vehicles. She repeated this several times. She cancelled mine. I guess retired military doesn’t mean anything. They were very unprofessional. I’m without a car and they did not care. My daughter was going to drop me off there. Thanks goodness she stayed. I would not have been able to get back home. I don’t know who USAA uses Enterprise. I never will again."

"Highly unprofessional Branch Manager Ashley. She cancelled my reservation because I had concerns about a tire being sleek without discussing other options with me first. Sad because my first experience with this branch was great and I had no problems at all. I will not be returning. 0/10"

"Recently rented NOV 1st at this location. Due to demand for rentals. The wait was 2 hours. Ashley did everything she could to find me a car. I received great customer service. I called to change my drop off location closer to the dealership. Ashley quickly assisted with the change. I returned the vehicle NOV 9th. I do recommend Enterprise but allow yourself time in case of a wait. Received my rental 7/31/23 returned 8/4/23 Originally, I was not happy regarding the wait time. Between being picked up from the local repair shop, too receiving my rental. The process took almost an hour and a half. Ashley was the only worker up front at the time. She was doing her best. Ashley noticed I was not happy with the wait. She made good with my frustration. The driver AL that picked me up from the shop was friendly and pleasant. When I returned the rental, quicker process. Within 10 minutes, I returned the rental, leaving to be dropped off. The employee who dropped me off was friendly and asked if I was happy with the company? He apologized and explained why it took so long that day."

"Due to their policy of needing to use a credit card for a one way trip, I tried to change my reservation to a round trip reservation adding seven days to my rental at $181 a day. I was told (rudely) by the woman on the phone in the local branch, she would not honor my request to give enterprise more of my money because she did not trust that I would return the vehicle. After acknowledging that I had previously rented a vehicle from them for 6 weeks over the summer and returning it in the shape it was given to me in, I suppose I’m no longer trustworthy enough for this woman to rent a vehicle now. When I said I guess I will have to cancel, she responded “don’t worry, I already canceled it for you!”"
