"Brought in an alternator 8 months ago and the guy refused to honor any warranty or even respond properly to our request. Obviously there are other people better in town. Don't deal with this company."
"1. Waited 30 minutes outside during business hours before open. 2. Received my $350 alternator back with two cracks in the case. One being broken completely off at the bolt where the casings meet, one posted in the picture on the back side of the casing, then they proceeded to epoxy it over all of the grease and grime, ultimately gluing the casings together. 3. I was told somebody was supposed to have contacted me about the cracked housing - They did not, and proceeded with epoxy and did not take ownership for their mistake. Communication, quality, service are all one star. I work in an automotive collision repair facility - I understand things may break during dis/reassembly, but to dance around my questions with lies and cover up your mistakes is just plain poor service."
