"Found everything just ok. The person who I asked for help wasn't very helpful to find what I was looking for..."

"The staff is always super friendly, I was engaged when I walked into the door. Asked if I needed any assistance was helped with a fitting room and helped when it came to questions regarding accessories. They have sizes for older guys who grew up with a smaller waste line in their 20's. Their jeans last and there belts are guaranteed to stand the test and have a unique exchange policy should the material tear, loos a button or break due to material. I highly recomend checking this location out."

"I have never been in a store with such disrespectful employees. There were about 8 employees working at the time, and only two of them were walking around helping people, the others were standing in the front gossiping and blocking me from looking at the leggings. If I came by they would start speaking in spanish so I couldn’t hear. I felt very uncomfortable and it made me not want to shop there. Later on, I was wanting to buy a sweatshirt online and asked (one of the gossiping employees) if it was available in a different color, she told me no. I got home and checked and it was available both in my size and the color I wanted! I don’t want to go back to that AE anytime soon."

"For a factory store you would think they would have an easier time keeping things in stock. However they are very frequently out of the sizes/styles we look for. The workers are always friendly and they usually have a decent clearance selection in comparison to some other stores in the area but definitely not my favorite to shop at regularly."

"I usually love American eagle and spend hundreds if not thousands with them every year so I’m very familiar with all the store policies! Today I came In to this location which rarely every happens and was told I couldn’t exchange jeans that a purchased because “it’s been too long” mind you this was only a couple months ago I went on a huge haul when I got custody of my little brother and spent HUNDREDS getting him clothes because he didn’t have any. These jeans were defective and I was exchanging for the same pair of jeans she claimed she was the manager and could even tell me what the return policy was because she didn’t know it! I’m furious I’m 10 months pregnant ready to pop any second and had to drive an hour to get these exchanged and it’s boiling outside! Never wasting a second of my time in this location again no one had any clue what they were doing."
