"They need to fire and restart all over with the employees here. I came in with my teens to shop and I couldn't believe how we were treated. We were waiting by the fitting rooms waiting for someone to unlock, no one noticed and all the employees were on their phones texting. When we asked for help, one of the girls seemed mad and was rude. I told her sorry to bother her and she didn't speak to me. At the register, I asked a question about a sale item and I barely got a response. I should have left without buying, but didn't. Everyone else around the legends was nice but this stores employees really put me in a bad mood. I noticed them all laughing at customers and staring."

"I went in to get a new pair of jeans and the store smelt so strongly of onions and the worker was on the counter texting with a pile of go backs and the store looking like a complete mess with no other associates available to assist. After posting this the store manager called me threatening me with a restraining order for posting this review and then sent me two threatening voicemails and posted in the Legends Outlets GroupMe calling me a “big burning red flag” to the 190+ people in the group me page warning other stores not to hire me."

"We were the only ones in the store besides the two working. We were not greeted or asked if we needed help. They smelled like weed and fast food(eating behind the check out talking loudly with each other). One did unlock the dressing room and said if we needed another size they would get it, they never came back. We checked out, she wipes her greasy hands on her pants and checked us out. Not even a thanks. We’ve shopped here for years, and it just keeps going down hill."
