"I spent most of my day calling around for 4 new tires before I head out of town for Thanksgiving. Everyone was booked out for 2+ weeks and/or out of stock on my tires. I called Big O Tires and spoke to Mike, who looked up my tires and had them in stock. I was able to get my car in the same day and had 4 new tires installed in under 1 hour. Kyle, the Assistant Manager, was able to beat out every price that I had been quoted before. At my appointment the next day I chose to wait at the shop until my car was finished. I was very pleased with the turn-around-time and quality of the service. On my drive home I had to keep looking at my receipt to make sure I only bought new tires not a whole brand-new car. It is like it's my first day back in my car. Even all my friends are remarking that my car is not the same. They too love how my car feels like a NEW CAR!
