"My heat stopped working, and I made the mistake of taking it to a dealer. The dealer told me my actuator needed to be replaced, quoted me $2,900, and tried to sell me a new car. I looked it up, and an actuator costs around $50-100. I then took it to Value Auto Clinic and they quickly replaced the actuator for $175. Needless to say, I’ll be going to Value Auto Clinic for all my car needs in the future and have already recommended them to other people."
"Brought in car for single cylinder misfire. They tried charging me $700 for a spark plug replacement kit / tune up Huge red flag. They also don’t accept calls, they only communicate over text (despite there being someone at the front desk) Another red flag. Avoid this place if possible and find a reliable mechanic!"
"They have been taking care of me and my cars for as long as I can remember. Before I retired, they were four blocks from my workplace, so I'd drop my car off before work and pick it up after work. I retired in 2018 and have continued to have them take care of me and my car, even though I'm now 20+ miles away. I usually drop my car off at midday and get some lunch before returning to pick up my car. I love these guys and am honored to trust them as they have trusted me"
