"Went in today for brakes and rotors. Rooster did the brakes and rotors. He went above and beyond on getting the job done correctly. Even having the new set of defected brakes exchanged and got a new set asap and had us on our way. It was a difficult job as the bolts were extremely hard to get off. I saw him Working on them through the window. Also the other gentlemen Grem and Post who got the tires back on and checked them over for any flaws. Keeping my family safer on the roads. There was also a few other employees there who were very nice and helpful to explain and keep me up to date on what was going on. All we’re working professionally and every employee there today was very helpful answering all my questions. They all worked together as a team should."

"Stay away! I went there two weeks ago and had to quickly leave due to the fact that one of their incompetent employees always hit my car. They drive customers cars recklessly. No apologies whatsoever! I went to the other location farther down Wornall Rd. I paid for an oil change, but clearly they forgot to put the oil in my vehicle. This literally occurred two weeks ago. Something told me to check my oil this morning and to my surprise, the dipping stick was on L!!!!! So, I guess all of the location are highly incompetent! Stay away! I’ll keep going back to the actual dealership. It might cost more, but I don’t have to worry about services! I don’t want any coupons! Calls and or apologies. This is shameful!"

"I got my oil change done here3 months ago never had a problem since I always get my oil changed here. Well this morning my car starts dying & sputtering. Turns out whoever put my oil filter on didn’t tighten it down and I was able to just pull it right off with ease! I don’t know what your guys deal is lately but this is not a way to get repeat customers! I’ve even included a pic with the initials of whoever was working on my vehicle!"
