"Was in there to get four new tires mounted and balanced on my car. Appointment time was at 7am. At 701am they had my car in the shop and already working on it. At 739am they had all 4 tires mounted, balanced and back on my car. I looked out as they was working on it and everyone in the shop was working on getting my car done. To say the least I was very impressed with how fast they got me in and out. They also pointed out that I needed a new outer tie rod and I went ahead and set an appointment with them to get that taken care of because they quoted me a very reasonable price in my opinion. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car this morning!"

"While in the middle of a 13 hour trip, my alternator went bad. I was able to purchase one and to my surprise, Big O Tires was open and Will the manager took me in right away to replace it. I was pulling a trailer which I couldn't get off my vehicle, so two workers came out and fixed the problem. My alternator is now being installed and I am soon to be back on the road. Thanks Will for being there when I needed you."
