"When u pay over $60 plus tip u think you would get a good job right. When it takes only 10 Mins to wash cut nails fetal cleaning trim face legs underbody. You get your pet back wet and that something must be wrong with him. A flag goes up. I ask for a credit to make sure he was done right this time. Was told they don’t want my business. Good riddance."

"I personally have never been here but from reviews and a personal experience of a friend who reviewed this page only to have it taken down, probably because she (the owner) can not afford another review like it, I would never take your fur babies here. The picture I saw of her babys nails and the description and the similar descriptions of other reviews saying she verbally and physically abuses these animals that should be safe in her care are enough to convince me she should be arrested for animal abuse. Keep your furbabies safe and shop with dedicated caring animal groomers."

"Poppy is terrified of getting her face done and is not well mannered when being groomed. I’m very satisfied with how she is groomed and treated here. She’s a work in progress and they have patience with her!!"

"I would first like to say that I have never and WILL NEVER use this groomer. I am extremely hesitant to write this review but I feel as if i almost have to--to let some people know my "somewhat of an experience" with this groomer. On Friday July 19th 2019 I went next door to this establishment to pick up a dress. The place right next door to R tailz R Waggin is a altertation/taloring place. While picking up and trying on my dress ALL I HEARD was some lady next door at the grooming place--literally screaming "shut up"--"get down"--"shut upppp". She was screaming at the dogs!!!! The poor dog in the background was crying--and the woman was still screaming "shut upppppp" and i mean SCREAMING! All of this was heard through A WALL! The doors to neither establishment were open, no windows, nothing--I could hear her screaming through the wall---she was screaming at these poor animals so loud. I felt SO BAD! Once we left I tried to see what this lady looked like and all i could really see was a shorter haired woman, maybe in her 40-50s, more of a heavier build who at the time was grooming a german shepard. I just wanted to put this review out there--because whoever this woman was--in my eyes was not treating these animals right--let alone even sounded like she liked animals very much! I would want to know this information if i were debating on trying out a groomer for the first time, or even if i were a long time customer of hers. I WOULD NEVER LET ANYONE IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT GROOM MY ANIMAL WHATSOEVER!!!!!"

"I’ll never be back. I have a Pomeranian and every time after her haircut she would have at least one cut causing her to bleed. I spoke with the owner who did apologize and admitted that the girl who was doing the haircuts for her wasn’t as experienced as she would have liked and that she’d prefer to try to keep me as a customer and do the haircuts herself. I said ok to that offer. Turned out the owner was never there and we had a terrible time trying to schedule with her. They told us to give the first girl another shot and that it would be fine. We did and this resulted in the largest gash they had given my dog since and she didn’t even mention it to me. Her legs were also cut up. But they went ahead and took my money and sent me on my merry way. I only realized it when we got home when my dog yelped after I tried to pick her up and there was blood on my hand from her cut. Never ever again!!!"
