The groomers are not only skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient, making the experience stress-free for my furry companion."

"A bit hard to locate workers and oftentimes a good percent of their fish are dead or ill, but besides that it’s wonderful! They do an amazing job maintaining the enclosures and helping as much as they can once spotted. I’m very thankful for the few that do work here to keep the store staffed :)"

One of the staff there was very unfriendly and dare I say rude. The 3 stars is for the first young lady that assisted me who was very kind and compassionate. She is the only reason I purchased a product that may or may not work."
