"This doctor’s office, for having as many “high risk success stories” as it does, my personal experience doesn’t match. I found out at my 11/12 week appointment that I had a miscarriage/non viable pregnancy that obviously wasn’t passing by itself. I was obviously distressed, crying, upset… and the vibe from the nurse to Dr. Pappas to the office staff I had to schedule the D&C with before I left seemed to be please get out of here with your uncomfortable emotions. Dr. Pappas did do a solid D&C; afterwards when I wanted to have a second IUD put in, that was a disaster. No pain meds, no imaging, nothing. He just shoved it up there. It obviously was not placed right because my partner could feel it. I changed from Dr. Christie to Dr. Pappas for the convenience of having someone closer to where I lived, and I wish I hadn’t. Dr. Christie’s office removed the IUD, but told me that due to incorrect placement, scarring had happened and I won’t be able to have another IUD. Pretty crappy, since I can’t have hormones. So I absolutely do not recommend and find it pretty funny that my review I previously posted was removed. Train your staff on being supportive. That would go further."
"Dr. Pappas is an amazing OB and took the best care of me during my high risk geriatric pregnancy. I’m 41 and from the beginning he reassured me that everything would be fine. He’s truly the best OB I’ve ever had!! I’d recommend him to everyone!!"
