"These apartments are less then a year old and in Mandeville school district, which was a huge plus for me!! I wanted a smaller secure complex where you know your neighbor and that was Dog friendly! A washer and dryer was provided for convenience. The luscious and mature landscaping was a huge plus as well as plenty of well lite parking spots. This apartment complex was a huge win for me across the board!"
