"Odor was really bad in elevator that only worked once and in the halls. You don’t smell it at the front desk area but as you walk further down it will get stronger. It was also in the rooms and nothing you spray will make it leave your nose. I work for a foot doctor so smells don’t get to me easy but this was not okay. Price wasn’t bad I wish I would have paid an extra 40 bucks to stay across the street though. You get what you pay for I guess."
"Over priced for the condition of the rooms. I moved to 2 different rooms and both were unacceptable. The other guests were allowed to cook in the rooms and run wild on the premises. The front desk employees were no help. It's as though comfort suites put more effort into hiring the most competent employees they could find."
"Close to a few places. Staff was wonderful. Called 15 minutes after check-in to see if I was satisfied with the room. The room was spacious and clean. There was noise from the road, but it wasn't intolerable."
"I have been a choice member for about 21 years. I stay in choice hotels, sometimes, up to 18 days a month because of work. Check in was the fastest that I have ever experienced. Kaitlyn, was professional and so efficient. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. This is definitely, one of the best Comfort Inns, that I have stayed at."
"Check-in was super easy. The woman at the desk was friendly. They even honored a special request I'd put in when making the reservation online. The room was spacious and exactly as described online. However, they had the AC completely off which, in the extreme heat (approximately 100°F) that made the room stink. We had to turn it on and go somewhere (at 11pm after driving 6 hours) to give the room time to be habitable. On top of that, the AC unit they have for the room is too small. Thank goodness my son brought his little table fan or he would've been roasting on the sleeper sofa. Aside from this one issue, the hotel was great. The little sundry shop wasn't stupid overpriced (3 candy bars = $6). We didn't go to their breakfast so I can't comment on that. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a budget stay!!"
