"Now I see why the reviews are what they are the people that gave good reviews had to be compensated because these people are so unprofessional from the property manager on down. I filled out an application for sure 2 months ago could have well been 3 now, was approved you can’t get in touch by phone so I had to drive over there to ask about what’s going on and every-time I have gotten oh soon or I got someone moving out I’ll call you when it’s ready nothing. The crazy part about all of this is I know people that live in those apartments right now and they tell me that they’ve got empty apartments sooooooo. Make it make sense!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The management is so rude, they have a pool but you can’t swim in it, they have a playground, but they don’t want any of your kids outside, they fine you for every little thing and are always in your business. They white lady yelled at my daughter when she was calmly waiting at the bus stop for her little brother. I do not recommend this place to anyone. In fact, it should be closed down."

"My family have been living here for over three months now, and I must say they absolutely love it: especially my mom. It's in a very quiet area, convenient to shopping, and school district. They also have a great management team there; which I would like to thank Mrs. Lee. She was very nice and helpful with the overall move in process. It does has it's short list of concerns, but other than that it's a great place to live. Nice community, beautiful landscaping, great amenities...what more can you ask for."

"We lived at this complex for four years and it was a great experience for 3. It was kept clean and the complex manager was a gem. However, the new manager was a horror! The complex was not well maintained, she was difficult to deal with pertaining to receiving packages, or maintenance issues etc. We were sent to a collection agency over $85.00 without receiving any bill from the complex. They clearly had our forwarding address, two cell phone numbers and the apartment was left clean. Ms Lee is a poor complex manager and the reason we left."
