"This place is horrible. The lady that is the manager over the apartments, is heartless and a control freak. The apartments are mediocre at best. In my opinion they take advantage of people in struggling situations. The ads about the place make it seems like a "Great Deal". Do not buy into it. They come into your home whenever they feel like it. The lady leaves notice after notice on your door. She is very unreasonable. PLEASE READ LEASE BEFORE SIGNING! The rules are so outrageous and will most certainly be enforced. I've seen her evict people for not scrubbing their floors the way she likes and you have to use the products that she wants you to use. There are cats EVERYWHERE! Do not leave a crumb on the floor or a dish in the sink. She watches your every move. The other bad reviews that are posted on here I can most certainly believe them. Just drive by and speak to someone that lives here before making a decision. BEWARE!!!"

"Should be no stars. I waited a while after I moved just to make sure this was still warranted. As I have never went out of my way to write a review like this...The buildings are, I guess what you can expect from an apartment. A long hallway style living space, all pretty much identical. The move in process was fairly simple. The woman that overseas the buildings seemed nice. Seemed to be welcoming, although I was worried about the amount of cats walking around. I assumed I was signing up for a quiet, decently priced apartment, WiFi and cable included. Right..wrong. The first month alone I came home to so many notes and notices on my door about this or that. At the time I had just taken over a restaurant (general manager) , lots of stressful stuff and to come home to a paper on your door. Never knowing what they were complaining about was not cool. I really wanted to start leaving notes on her door. Anyway, month one “pest control” day rolls around. I heard knocking at my door, not knowing or being used to how this complex operates. I did not answer the door. I was tired, I got off at 4 in the morning. I don’t know anyone and I’m not expecting anyone..so NO I’m not answering the door. I don’t care who you are. If my rent is being paid on time, I really don’t know what else we have to discuss. Apparently, this “pest control” is them coming in the home and making sure you are living spotlessly. There is a complete checklist and these people will take the pans from under the stove burners if there are crumbs in them. Tell me what kind of section 8 type of stuff is that?? The next day the overseer saw me walk in my house and shortly came knocking..to explain to me why I MUST get up and wait for them between 9-945 to get to my door to open it when they knock. What a freaking nightmare. Every employee must know every single persons vehicle by heart then, because who is to say I’m home? Maybe my car is there but I am not. It felt like jail. And I was completely miserable pulling into to this place everyday. I hope I save someone the trouble of not moving to this outdated place. They have no idea what customer service is, they want you to maintain and keep up with everything. Beware."

"If u love 30 stray cats pooing and screwing on ur door step all hours of the day ur love these appartment. They even have a swiming pool with shards of glass in the warter for the kids to play with while they swim. They got this great incredibely noise metal work shop right out side ur bedroom window . and btw they start work at about 8 so convent you won't even need to waste money on a alarm clock. And best feature is there so green friendly they dont even have cieling light in some of the bedrooms. Talk about environmently friedly."

"These apartments are 1bdrm, well-managed, and affordable. Management is very strict and straight forward about what is expected, which is appreciated. It's a quiet place to live and everything that I need. I feel safe living here."

"These apartments are very well maintained for their age. All one bedrooms, only 2 ppl can live in these which keeps out the trash and the badly behaved kids. Most are over 40 , quiet and friendly. I really like it here!"
