"We recently left Greenbrier due to my husband being military. We lived there for 3 years and loved the community. The assistant manager Kim is Amazing. She's so personable and really goes above and beyond for her residents. She takes the time to get to know all her residents and their families. She definitely became like family to us and we miss her already. Our maintenance guy Mr. Ronnie was amazing too. He is very knowledgeable in his work and gets things done right the first time. We lived in 2 bedroom townhome and loved it. It gave us lots of space with two master suites and lots of storage. I would recommend Greenbrier estates if your looking for a new home. Brandy M"
"Greenbrier is easily the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. Maintenance (Ronnie and Dustin) are great and super friendly. Management handled hurricane Ida with an amazing level of professionalism. The communication between management and residents during that time blew me away. I'm sad that I'm moving out of the area!"

"We have really loved our stay here at Greenbrier Estates. The property manager and assistant manager, Mrs. Guccione and Mrs. Jacobs, have been extremely understanding, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. Also, the maintenance techs, Ronnie and Dustin, are amazing. They are always friendly, professional, and timely with any of our maintenance issues. The apartments themselves are very sound and sturdy. The amenities are great as well. Lastly, it's in a safe neighborhood with awesome schools. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are moving to the area."
